Terms of Use

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Beta software — use at your own risk. Bar-to-Bar Fantasy Racing is a free, early-stage (beta) fan game offered for entertainment only. It may contain bugs, incomplete data, or scoring errors, and may change or stop working at any time. By using it, you accept these risks.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Bar-to-Bar Fantasy Racing (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We refer to Bar-to-Bar Fantasy Racing as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. Beta status & “as is”

The Service is provided on a beta basis, “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Features, rider pricing, scoring rules, and data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Entertainment only — no gambling

Bar-to-Bar Fantasy Racing is a free game played for fun. It is not a gambling or betting service. There is no entry fee, no wagering, and no monetary prize offered through the Service. Do not use the Service for any form of real-money gambling.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Your account & conduct

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure (sign-in uses a one-time magic link, not a password). Please use the Service fairly: do not attempt to cheat, tamper with scoring, disrupt the Service, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to harass others. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the Service.

6. Not affiliated with American Flat Track

Bar-to-Bar Fantasy Racing is an unofficial, independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with American Flat Track, AMA Pro Racing, or any rider, team, sponsor, or sanctioning body. Rider names, numbers, and team names are used for identification and informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. All trademarks belong to their respective holders.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on any data or scoring shown. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
